Notes: In Agrigento, Sicily, there is a high plateau overlooking
the sea where the early Greeks built a ring of monumental temples. They are some of the largest and best
preserved ancient Greek buildings. We
were there on a brilliant windy November day.
The color of the sky was truly unforgettable.

a local greenhouse. This is one of the
results. When I showed the woman running
the greenhouse, she said that geraniums
have old souls, and I’d captured that.
